Business Unlimited Plan
Business Unlimited Plan for long distance requires subscription to Complete Choice® for Business plan and a
local service term agreement. Callers must dial 1+ telephone number for a domestic call to be included without
an additional charge. Call detail is not provided. If usage exceeds by 10 times the average usage of all
customers on this plan subscribing to the same number of lines, the subscriber may be charged an additional
fee of $50 per month per line, or may be required to change to another plan. Taxes, fees and other charges,

Up to $350 Bill Credit: Offer ends 8/31/09. First bill credit will appear no later than the 2nd bill after the order. Offer 1 bill credit per account. All offers exclude FastAccess Business DSL Lite. $50 bill credit with purchase of a Complete Choice for Business (CCfB) package. $150 bill credit with purchase of CCfB and either a 36-month local service agreement or AT&T Business Unlimited or Unlimited Flex plan or FastAccess Business DSL plan. $100 credit applied in the first month; $50 credit applied the second month. $250 bill credit with purchase of CCfB w/36-month local service agreement plus one of the following: AT&T Business Unlimited or Unlimited Flex Plan or FastAccess Business DSL plan. $150 credit applied in the first month, $100 credit applied in the second month. $350 bill credit requires purchase of CCfB w/36-month local service agreement, AT&T Business Unlimited or Unlimited Flex Plan, and FastAccess Business DSL plan. $200 credit applied in the first month, $150 credit applied in the second month. Credits will apply $50 monthly per affiliate to the customer’s bill. Must maintain each service(s) purchased a minimum of 12 months or will be subject to repay the bill reward(s) received.
