AT&T provides FastAccess® Business DSL pursuant to the AT&T Internet Services Service Agreement. A copy of the Service Agreement may be viewed on your Registration CD or online. Please be advised AT&T will use automated telephone recordings and e-mails to communicate important FastAccess DSL service-related information.

Service Description
FastAccess® Business DSL service ("FastAccess Business") speed options provide a range of speeds from a maximum downstream ranging between 6.0Mbps – 768Kbps and a maximum upstream ranging between 512Kbps – 128Kbps, depending upon product selection. AT&T FastAccess service may be provisioned for any number of users who are customer-authorized employees or contractors in the same physical customer location dependent upon several factors including customer location, destination of the Internet, traffic on the Internet, interference with high frequency spectrum on the customer´s telephone line, etc. Service not available in all areas.  Actual speeds based on DSL synch rate and may vary. This service is available only on a AT&T business class telephone line.

The FastAccess Business/AT&T Complete Choice® for Business Reward
FastAccess Business customers save $5.00 off their monthly service charge for the selected product option if they are a Complete Choice for Business plan customer for any number of users who are customer-authorized employees or contractors in the same physical customer location.

To receive the FastAccess Business DSL / Complete Choice for Business reward, your FastAccess Business and Complete Choice plan for Business must be billed to the same AT&T business class telephone line.

If you meet the above requirements, your account will automatically be credited with the reward. Only one reward is payable per business class account. Depending upon your billing cycle, it could take 30 to 60 days before the first reward appears on your bill. If at any time your account no longer meets the above requirements, the reward will no longer be applicable. AT&T reserves the right to discontinue or change this promotion at any time. Security Offer Terms

AT&T Internet Security Suite powered by McAfee®
Provides anti-virus protection, anti-spyware, and firewall for up to 10 PC's. Available at no charge for FastAccess® Business DSL Plus (3.0Mbps) or FastAccess® Business DSL 6.0 (6.0Mbps) speed Internet Access customers. For FastAccess® Business DSL (1.5Mbps) and FastAccess® Business DSL Lite (768Kbps) there is a $5 per/mo charge. Taxes and additional fees extra. Download of McAfee software can be completed at http://att.software.yahoo.com.

Service Guarantees

Repair Guarantee:
After service activation, if a customer reports a service interruption caused by an AT&T network outage on their FastAccess Business DSL service before 12 p.m. and customer accepts the first available repair appointment and service is not restored on the same-day of reporting the trouble or if a customer reports a service interruption after 12 p.m. and service is not restored within 24 hours of reporting the trouble, AT&T will credit three days monthly recurring charge. This credit is in addition to any other credits available to the customer under the Internet Service Agreement.

Installation Guarantee:
If a customer´s FastAccess Business DSL service is not successfully provisioned (Self Install) or installed (Professional Install) within 5 calendar days after placing an order for FastAccess Business DSL, AT&T will credit three days monthly recurring charge. To be eligible for an installation credit (Professional Install customers), a missed Professional Installation deadline must be a result of AT&T´s failure to schedule and complete the Professional Installation within 5 calendar days from time of order. The missed deadline cannot be a result of a customer requested Professional Installation appointment scheduled and/or rescheduled for more than 5 days after the order date. The Installation guarantee does not apply to FastAccess Business DSL pre-orders (orders placed for FastAccess service prior to service availability). AT&T shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery or performance for the above service guarantees due to acts of God, acts or omissions of any regulated telephone network or any other occurrence commonly known as force majeure.

How to receive Service Guarantee Credit:
To receive service guarantee credits, the customer must notify AT&T requesting the credit by calling 1-888-321-2375. The credit will be applied to the Other Charges & Credits portion of the customer bill and will appear within 1-2 billing cycles.

Modem and Router Pricing:

Modem Pricing
A DSL modem or router is required for FastAccess Business DSL Service.

A modem is provided to customers at a discounted price. The promotion is available for new and existing FastAccess DSL subscribers. There is one modem provided by AT&T which is compatible with FastAccess Service. This modem is an external combination USB and Ethernet modem with a discounted price of $75.00*.

If you bill your modem to your AT&T telephone bill, you can either be billed in one lump sum ($75) or you can be billed in interest-free installments paid over 10 months ($7.50 per month for 10 months). The annual percentage rate (APR) is 0%. If you bill your modem to a credit card, you will be billed in full for the price of the modem. A shipping and handling fee of $14.95 will also be applied on the first invoice for self-install orders.

* Does not include Sales tax. Actual sales tax and/or shipping may be more or less and as a result of the total amount financed, installment payment amounts will be adjusted accordingly.

Router Pricing
The $100 router and $50 wireless adapters include instructions for the configuration of additional computers. The router and wireless adapters can be billed in one lump sum ($100 for router and $50 for each wireless adapter) or you can be billed in equal interest-free installments paid over 10 months ($10 per month for 10 months for wireless router and $5 per month for 10 months for wireless adapters). The annual percentage rate (APR) is 0%. If you bill your modem router and/or wireless adapters to a credit card, you will be billed in full for the price of the modem router and/or wireless adapters. A shipping and handling fee of $14.95 will also be applied on the first invoice for self-install orders.

Modem or Router included (after rebate) with 12-month commitment with purchase of new FastAccess Business DSL 6.0, FastAccess Business DSL Plus, FastAccess Business Speed 384 or FastAccess Business Speed 768 service OR Modem included or $75 off router (after rebate) with 12-month commitment with purchase of new FastAccess Business DSL or FastAccess Business DSL Lite:  
AT&T will apply a $100.00 credit on the customer's AT&T phone bill (or $75 with purchase of modem) for FastAccess Business Speed 384, FastAccess Business Speed 768, FastAccess Business DSL 6.0, or FastAccess Business DSL Plus, or a $75 credit for FastAccess Business DSL or FastAccess Business DSL Lite. Credits will be applied within two billing cycles following completion of the online rebate redemption process. Applicable taxes and fees based on the full price of all products and services, and no taxes, fees or shipping and handling charges will be added to any reward or rebate. Information about the AT&T Business Reward Center and online rebate redemption will be sent by mail. Customers must complete the online rebate redemption process within 90 days of AT&T High Speed Internet service activation. Instructions to redeem rebates are also included in the self-installation kit. Early termination results in a charge of up to 100% of router or modem rebate. AT&T may provide refurbished modem or router.

Shipping and Handling Charges waived (after rebate):
AT&T will apply a $14.95 credit on the customer's AT&T phone bill. Credits will be applied within two billing cycles following completion of the online rebate redemption process . Applicable taxes and fees based on the full price of all products and services, and no taxes, fees or shipping and handling charges will be added to any reward or rebate. Information about the AT&T Business Reward Center and online rebate redemption will be sent by mail. Customers must complete the online rebate redemption process within 90 days of AT&T High Speed Internet service activation. Instructions to redeem rebates are also included in the self-installation kit.

Equipment Returns:
If you decide within 30 days of the Ship Date or Professional Installation Date that you want to return the equipment for any reason, you may return it and you will not be charged any portion of the rebate amount, but (1) you must notify AT&T within 30 days of the Ship Date or Professional Installation Date and (2) you must return the equipment in accordance with AT&T´s equipment return procedures set forth below and AT&T must receive the equipment in good working order with all original parts, accessories, disks, instruction manuals and related documentation intact within 30 days after your notification to AT&T. After 30 days from the Ship or Installation Date, AT&T will not accept the return of any equipment other than for warranty reasons.

$50 Rebate with Online Offer
The $50 rebate is available with online orders only. AT&T will apply a $50.00 credit on the customer's AT&T phone bill. Credits will be applied within two billing cycles following completion of the online rebate redemption process. Information about the AT&T Business Reward Center and online rebate redemption will be sent by mail. Customers must complete the online rebate redemption process within 90 days of receipt of Reward website URL. Self-Install customers will also receive an Internet URL in the self-install kit that will direct them to the Rewards Website to redeem online rebate.

Service Activation and Installation
$50 Activation Charge applies. Activation Charge will be waived for FastAccess Business DSL 6.0 customers.

If at the time you order the service, an installation visit by AT&T authorized technicians is deemed necessary by AT&T, you will be charged a separate one-time installation fee of $199.95. These installation fees may include any of the following items of equipment if required; phone line splitter and a reasonable amount of inside wiring and cabling materials as may be necessary to install FastAccess Business DSL at your location. The amount of these installation fees is not dependent on whether or how much equipment or materials are required (within AT&T's standard installation parameters). AT&T will apply a $199.95 bill credit for new FastAccess Business DSL 6.0 customers who also order professional installation (this bill credit does not apply to upgrades).

Customer Premises Equipment – Support and Connection Limitations
If you choose professional installation, the FastAccess Business DSL service installer will be responsible for connecting up to two computers to the AT&T modem/router. These connections could be connected via a wireless or wired Ethernet connection. Two additional computers can be connected and configured for a total of four computers installed for an additional charge. To be eligible for multiple static IP service, you must have an AT&T approved router. Such modem or router must be purchased separately. You will be responsible for providing any equipment required establishing network connectivity beyond the modem or router interface. Support for all such equipment and devices should be obtained by you from the equipment vendor or other maintenance supplier of the customer’s choice. You are responsible for confirming that installing FastAccess Business DSL service will not violate any existing warranty, maintenance, system integration, or other contract arrangement. Your equipment must be compatible with the AT&T server and any security verification software required to deliver the Service to your site. AT&T will not be responsible for any system incompatibilities or hardware/software conflicts that may arise due to incompatible equipment installed beyond the modem or router interface.
Wireless networking is inherently risky because it uses radio waves to transmit data. These signals can potentially be intercepted. You may wish to speak to an independent, non-AT&T affiliated specialist regarding additional security measures that can be taken. You agree that AT&T shall not be responsible for any breach of security or unauthorized access relating to your wireless router.

Back-up Internet Dial Account
FastAccess Business DSL service includes access to a back-up AT&T Internet Service dial account. This account is intended for use while you are traveling or in the event that FastAccess service is temporarily interrupted. The back-up dial account provides for unlimited usage per month at no additional cost to you. You will, however, be responsible for any long distance or roaming charges that may be incurred for all back-up dial usage.

Roaming Services and Charges
When traveling outside of your AT&T Internet Service dialing area, 888- number roaming service is available for a surcharge of 8.3¢ per minute or a fraction thereof. In addition, GSP local access is available in some areas to allow you to dial a local number ("POP") to reach your AT&T Internet Service for a surcharge of 5¢ per minute or fraction thereof. Calls are billed in one minute increments rounded up to the nearest minute. Roaming charges are in addition to your regular AT&T Internet Service charges and will appear on your monthly bill. If you use GSP local access, you will see a separate charge from the GSP for its portion of the roaming surcharge. Upon return to your local dial-in area, be sure to change the dialer configuration to your local number to avoid additional roaming charges.

Dial Internet Access for Movers
When moving FastAccess DSL service from one location to another you are provided with an AT&T Internet Service dial account. This account is intended for use while you are transitioning to your new location and will remain active until your move order has completed at the new location or up to 6 months from the time the move order was placed. If your FastAccess DSL service has not been moved to the new location within 6 months of the original move order, AT&T shall have the right to terminate this account or this account will be converted to the standard AT&T Internet Service dial account at the then current market rate.
