IP Addressing Options |

FastAccess DSL can be purchased with either Dynamic IP Addressing or Static IP Addressing. Static IP addressing gives your business a "fixed" Internet address that allows your customers to find you on the Internet. Static IP is necessary for applications such as:

Self-Installation
AT&T offers self-installation for FastAccess Business DSL Service. After you place your order, we will activate FastAccess DSL on your business telephone line and ship your modem or router kit to your business. Then, install your modem or router hardware and software using our step-by-step instruction guide.
Professional Installation
AT&T offers Professional Installation for FastAccess Business DSL Service to both single and multi-users at a reasonable cost. This may also include a reasonable amount of inside wiring and cabling necessary to install the service to your business.
AT&T Provided Equipment- Netopia 3347NWG Router or Westell Wirespeed 6100 Modem.
The Netopia 3347NWG Router gives your business the option of wired and wireless Internet or network connectivity.
Bring Your Own Modem or Router
Customers may provide their own DSL modem or router for use with FastAccess DSL. Please view the list of modems and routers that are compatible with FastAccess DSL Service.

Service Guarantees |

Service Order:
After service activation, if a customer reports a service interruption caused by an AT&T network outage on their FastAccess Business DSL service before 12 p.m. and customer accepts the first available repair appointment and service is not restored on the same-day of reporting the trouble or if a customer reports a service interruption after 12 p.m. and service is not restored within 24 hours of reporting the trouble, AT&T will credit three days monthly recurring charge. This credit is in addition to any other credits available to the customer under the Internet Service Agreement.
Service Installation:
If a customer´s FastAccess Business DSL service is not successfully provisioned (Self Install) or installed (Professional Install) within 5 calendar days after placing an order for FastAccess Business DSL, AT&T will credit three days monthly recurring charge. To be eligible for an installation credit (Professional Install customers), a missed Professional Installation deadline must be a result of AT&T´s failure to schedule and complete the Professional Installation within 5 calendar days from time of order. The missed deadline cannot be a result of a customer requested Professional Installation appointment scheduled and/or rescheduled for more than 5 days after the order date. The Installation guarantee does not apply to FastAccess Business DSL pre-orders (orders placed for FastAccess service prior to service availability).
AT&T shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery or performance for the above service guarantees due to acts of God, acts or omissions of any regulated telephone network or any other occurrence commonly known as force majeure.
How to receive Service Guarantee Credit:
To receive service guarantee credits, the customer must notify AT&T requesting the credit by calling 1-888-321-2375. The credit will be applied to the Other Charges & Credits portion of the customer bill and will appear within 1-2 billing cycles.
