Credits will be applied within two billing cycles following AT&T's receipt of completed rebate coupon. Instructions to redeem rebates are in the self-installation kit or are sent by e-mail for professional installations. Early termination results in a charge of up to 100% of router or modem rebate. AT&T may provide refurbished modem or router.

4 Eleven separate mailboxes can be purchased for an additional $2.95 per month each by visiting AT&T Internet Services Customer Service section, logging in and selecting Additional Mailboxes. You will be asked to enter your user name and password.
5 Customer must have active FastAccess Business DSL. Not available with FastAccess Business DSL Lite.
6 Repair: Trouble reported before 12 noon and customer accepts first available appointment. Pro rata credit of monthly charge of each day, after 24 hours of reporting trouble, plus additional 3-day pro rata credit. Installation: 3-day pro rata credit if AT&T does not install within 5-days of order (professional install) unless customer requests installation after 5-days, or if AT&T does not activate service withiin 15 days of order (self-install). Call 888.321.2375 to obtain credit.
