AT&T eBillSM
AT&T eBill allows you to view, save, print, and pay your bill online using your credit/debit card, checking, or savings account. You will have secure, 24/7 access to your account from any Internet connection and you can choose to stop receiving your AT&T paper bills through the U.S. mail. You'll enjoy the added benefit of viewing up to 36 months of billing history. Pay, print, sort, and graph your bill for easy analyzing. You will receive monthly emails when your bill is ready to view online and a reminder email just before your payment is due. Pay Your AT&T Bill Online
You can save both time and postage costs by paying your AT&T bills online. So you'll have more time to run your business. It's fast, convenient, and FREE!
Online Payment
AT&T provides options for paying your bill online - pay your bill using your credit/debit card or bank account. You can schedule future payments or enroll in AutoPay. You choose the option that fits your business needs.

Have your bill paid automatically using your credit/debit card or bank account.

Find an authorized payment location near your. A convenience fee may apply. You can also call 1-888-944-0447, say "Payment" and follow the prompts.

Automated Service System
To make a payment using your checking account with no fee:
1. Call 1-888-757-6500
2. Select the Payment option; you will need your:
· Nine-digit bank routing number available
· Bank account number
· Last four digits of your social security number or your BellSouth PIN
AT&T Representative by phone
Call 1-800-661-3707 to contact an AT&T Representative and make your payment over the phone, a convenience fee may apply.
Mail your payment
When you mail your payment to AT&T, be sure to enclose the payment stub from your bill with your payment. Be careful not to fold or staple the payment stub. This could cause a delay in processing your bill. Use the envelope provided with your bill to ensure that your payment reaches the collection center promptly or use the following address to send us your payment.

EDI-820
EDI payments allow for the computer to computer transmission of payment and related information in a national standard format. The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) EDI 820 Transaction Sets are Payment Order/Remittance Advices used to communicate where to post funds received. EDI 820s are included in ACH CTX payments as addenda records. Customers have the option of remitting EDI 820 files directly to AT&T and separately remitting funds to AT&T’s bank. AT&T’s systems automatically match EDI 820 files with ACH payments to allow for automatic processing.
